– BUTCHER/ SLAUGHTERER/ MEAT EXPERIENCE

Beef selection / boning / beef slaughter specialist

• Place: central and eastern Poland
  Requirements: men, women up to 45 years old. Experience in a similar position in working with meat.
  Remuneration: remuneration depends on production – piecework settlement system. Rate from PLN 0.1/kg to PLN 0.2/kg (selection and boning). The average monthly salary is from PLN 6,500 net (selection) from PLN 8,000 net (boning). Slaughter hourly or piecework. The average monthly salary for a specialist in the slaughter department from PLN 6,000 net.
• Duties:
  – selection/classification of beef on the table,
  – boning beef on hooks and on tables,
  – work in the cattle slaughter department.
• The position is assigned by the plant manager after assessing the employee’s skills.
• Schedule: Mon-Fri 7:00 – 17:00, 8-10 hours of work, possible work on Saturdays.
  Accommodation: we enable the use of employee accommodation for a fee of PLN 300/450 per month – deducted from the salary. We offer rooms for 2/4 persons.
• Additional information: Temperature in the plant +5+8 degrees. We issue employee clothing and footwear as well as work tools free of charge. Lunches are provided free of charge. Possibility to obtain a booklet for sanitary and epidemiological purposes for a one-time fee of PLN 300 (a document necessary to work with food in Poland), which is deducted from the remuneration. Free transport to work from the hostel (some workplaces are next to the hostel).

  – opportunity to work without knowledge of the Polish language.

– PRODUCTION WORKER

• Manual worker in a meat processing plant (poultry, pork, beef)
  Location: central and eastern Poland
• Remuneration: from PLN 18 to PLN 21 net per hour. If you adapt quickly to the work processes, you can change the position with the approval of the manager and have a higher rate.
• Duties:
  – warehouse work (packing meat, labeling, scanning codes, operating packaging machines),
  – sorting/segregation of meat at the belt, according to the speed of its movement,
  – hanging poultry carcasses on slaughter hooks,
  – gutting chicken, filleting chicken, cutting chicken (work with a knife, there is a possibility of training by the manager),
  – preparing raw meat for smoking, placing products on smoking racks,
  – operation of the weighing station,
  – operation of electric forklifts / pallet trucks,
  – cleaning the plant (washing workstations with an automatic washer, washing equipment).
  The place and position of work depends on the manager, who assesses the employee’s skills on site.
• Schedule: Monday to Friday 10-12 hours a day (possible work on Saturdays).
• Accommodation: Hostel. PLN 300/450 per person per month, rooms for 2-4 people. The fee is deducted from your salary. Rooms for couples are available.
• Additional information: Factory temperature +9/ +12 degrees. Work clothes and shoes are distributed free of charge. Lunches during working hours are provided free of charge. Sanepid book (necessary to work in Poland with food) costs PLN 300. The cost of the book is deducted from your salary.
• Requirements: women/men, couples up to 45 years old.
• We offer:
  – support of the coordinator at the place of work and accommodation,

  – legal work in Poland and assistance in legalizing your stay,
  – possibility of promotion to other positions,
  – Ability to work without speaking Polish.

– PRODUCTION WORKER IN A POULTRY PLANT

• Production worker in a poultry plant
• Location: Łódź Voivodeship, various plants.
• Remuneration: from PLN 18 to PLN 21 net per hour. If you adapt quickly to the work processes, you can change the position and have a higher rate.
• Duties:
  – hanging live chicken for slaughter,
  – chicken gutting,
  – sorting/segregation of chicken elements at the belt, according to the speed of its movement,
  – hanging an inanimate chicken carcass,
  – cutting poultry elements (work with a knife, piecework rate – payment depends on the number of processed kg of meat),
  – operation of an electric wheelchair / pallet truck,
  – operation of meat cutting machines,
  – weighing poultry elements,
  – packing poultry elements, labeling,
  – cleaning of the plant / washing equipment.
  The place and position of work depends on the manager, who assesses the employee’s skills on site.
• Schedule: Monday to Friday 10-12 hours a day (possible work on Saturdays). Accommodation: Hostel. PLN 300/450 per person per month, rooms for 2-4 people. The fee is deducted from your salary. Rooms for couples are available.
